Meet Our Founder
Bakeba C. Raines, M.Ed., brings an extensive 29 year background in Medicaid to her role as founder of our organization. With 19 years of experience at the Alabama Medicaid Agency in Montgomery, AL, Bakeba played a pivotal role in program development and management. Notably, she served as Associate Director for the Agency's Provider Review Unit, overseeing Medicaid provider audits.
Prior to her tenure at the Medicaid Agency, Bakeba held positions in non-profit and for-profit entities receiving Medicaid reimbursement. This diverse experience ignited her passion for integrity and compliance across all sectors of Medicaid, from the Agency to providers and recipients alike. Her expertise in developing sound service support documentation underscores her commitment to excellence in Medicaid compliance.
